Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GreenLine, operated by XTIAN (PTY) Ltd, offers DNS filtering, malware protection, safe search enforcement, content blocking, family controls, mobile VPN access, and enterprise firewall devices. No internet filtering system is 100% effective — you should not rely solely on GreenLine for complete online safety protection.

2. Acceptance

By using GreenLine Safe Internet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Obligations

Subscribers must:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Comply with South African law
• Refrain from circumventing or tampering with the filters
• Supervise minors' internet usage independently

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly, semi-annually, or annually in South African Rand and auto-renew through Paystack. No refunds apply to partial periods. Hardware sales are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, subject to South African law maximums. GreenLine is provided "as is" and we are not liable for content that passes through our filters or for damages arising from use of the service.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by South African law and courts. The parties agree to attempt negotiation, then mediation, and then arbitration before commencing litigation.
