How do I get started with GreenLine?

Sign up for a free 7-day trial on our website — no credit card required. Follow the on-screen wizard to connect your first device in minutes.

What devices does GreenLine support?

GreenLine works on any device that supports VPN's: Android and iOS for now, Windows and macOS to follow soon. We also support dedicated managed firewall devices for whole-home or office protection.

How long does setup take?

Most families are up and running within 5 minutes. In the portal add a device then scan the QR code shown during onboarding with the GreenLine app on each device.

Billing

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your protection continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new account gets a free 7-day trial with full access to all features — no credit card needed to start. You can upgrade any time by adding your card details to ensure billing proceeds.

Privacy & Security

Does GreenLine log my browsing history?

No. GreenLine does not store or sell your browsing history. DNS query logs are used only for real-time filtering and are not retained long-term. The blocked sites are sent to the registered accountability partner only.

Is my data shared with third parties?

Never. Your personal data is never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We believe in trust, and would not like to share our own data, therefore we don't share your data.

Is the GreenLine connection encrypted?

Yes. GreenLine uses WireGuard, a modern, high-performance VPN protocol with state-of-the-art encryption. All DNS queries are routed through an encrypted tunnel.
